Every day more than 4000 heavy trucks make the 12-hour run along the Hume Highway between Sydney and Melbourne. Some of them are B-doubles with a combined loaded weight of up to 68 tonnes and a length of 25 metres. Truck and bus drivers see all kinds of on-road behaviour from the advantage of sitting up high in their cabs.
